An integrated approach means providing companies not only with jobs for professionals but also with housing for them and their families. Our project aims to create a kind of cluster town on the territory of Svalyava OTG. After studying the demand among specialists in the above business segment and the experience of the world's leading companies such as Facebook (Meta), Google, we concluded that modern housing and workplace should not only be functional but also have aesthetic benefits and the road to work does not take much time. Therefore, we decided to offer the concept of a cottage town with an office center which will be located almost in the mountains, but at the same time 15 minutes from the city (administrative center) where you can get all the necessary social services. plot of 6 hectares, in an ecologically clean corner of Ukraine in the village of Lopushanka, Mukachevo district. The first phase of construction involves the construction of 64 townhouses with an area of 60 square meters, and an office center with an area of 1,200 square meters. per 100 jobs with a recreation area, treatment facilities and water intake.
