The next day, we agreed to meet at one of the facilities in Uzhhorod that I could offer to Denis for rent, we inspected the facility, in theory it was suitable, we talked in more detail, I asked why he chose Uzhgorod for the relocation of his company and what are the other requirements for premises, one of the reasons for giving preference to Uzhgorod was that, according to Denis, it is easier to find employees in Uzhgorod, the second is that it is possible to find the right premises here, from our conversation it became clear to me what is important for his company now and in the new place is the reduction of operating costs for maintenance and organization of production, as well as the opportunity to hire new employees, based on the prices for renting real estate in Zakarpattia, I suggested considering renting premises not in the regional center, since here the cost of renting premises (warm premises) will be higher than in districts, and for production, the location, whether it is Uzhhorod or another district center, makes no noticeable difference, and since I myself am from Svalyava and support the development of my hometown, I suggested to Denis as an option that he consider the possibility of relocating his company to Svalyava, here the average size of the rental office for warehouse and production premises is lower than in the regional center, the cost of renting housing is also lower, which is important for part of the employees of the key specialists of this enterprise who will move to Svalyavu. Denis said that he would think about relocating his company to Svaliava, a few days later we met in Svaliva, I showed several objects, one of which was suitable for Denis, the landlord treated the situation with great understanding, which forced Denys to relocate the company from Kharkiv, offered him favorable lease conditions, by the way, this lessor still has free space and is ready to accept enterprises that need warm production premises.
