The cottage complex "Maietok Lis i Gory" is located in a quiet picturesque corner in the village of Polianytsia, surrounded by centuries-old fir trees at the foot of Mount Khomyak.
The largest ski resort in Ukraine, Bukovel, is located 5 km from the estate. You can choose any of the two roads to it.
The Forest and Mountains estate guarantees a wonderful holiday for couples with children, as well as groups of friends or colleagues.
An important advantage is the close proximity to the forest and clean mountain air, with a magnificent view from the windows and terraces. The plot is surrounded by the Carpathian National Nature Park on three sides. Leaving the yard, you can choose several hiking routes through the centuries-old forest to streams, a waterfall, a meadow and Mount Khomyak.
The cottages are located on a hill and away from the busy central road, which allows you to enjoy the silence and the surrounding nature.
On a large green area there are 2 cottages made of natural log, a heated summer pool, a gazebo with barbecue, a bathhouse with a relaxation area, a children's playground, parking (under video surveillance).

"Manor Forest and Mountains" offers to rent a room in a three-storey house or a separate small cottage. 
Accommodation.
Three-storey house for 6 rooms - Chalet (12 beds + 2 extra beds)
On the ground floor there is a fireplace room (soft part, TV), dining room with dining tables.
On the second floor there is a living room with a children's area; 4 double rooms (each with a double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, TV, bathroom - shower, toilet, washbasin); bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin). There is an extra bed in one room - a single bed.
On the third floor there are 2 double rooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, in one room there is an extra bed - a single bed); shared bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin).
Two-storey cottage for 3 rooms (6-8 persons)
On the ground floor there is a quadruple room (double bed, 2 single beds, clothes hanger, TV, kitchenette - microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, crockery, sink, dining table; bathroom - shower, toilet, washbasin).
On the second floor there is a two-room suite (double bed, 2 single beds, a clothes hanger, one room has a TV, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin).
Meals.
The cottages have their own kitchen and all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. 
Infrastructure.
Autonomous heating and water supply, uninterrupted power supply, uninterrupted Wi-Fi, satellite TV, laundry and ironing, room cleaning.
A small bonus for holidaymakers is the possibility of staying at the hotel with their pets (by prior arrangement).
The pricing policy is flexible and depends on the number of people and the number of days of arrival.
Discounts for long stays (more than 7 days) are 5%.
